Mom Habits
A Three Week Study On Six Habits
Habits are interesting things. We all have them. Good or bad we have them. What I find intriguing about Mom habits is that we often believe the lie that we cannot develop good habits. That is, we feel as if we are stuck or it will take too much energy to change our habits.
Our brains are wired to form habits.
Once something becomes a habit, our brain takes over and performs the habit on autopilot. This means it takes less mental energy to perform the task.
This leaves more energy to perform the more difficult tasks or for those unexpected interruptions.
Moms, we can form new habits that make our lives easier!

Hi, I’m Kathleen, and I want to help you become a trauma-informed parent!
I’m the mother of seven, four through adoption, former National Parent of the Year, author, teacher, and speaker. But more important than any of those things, I’m a parent just like you. I know what it’s like to raise kiddos who have experienced trauma and/or have a Capital Letter syndrome. I used to feel as if I was the only one struggling and because I felt that way, I isolated myself. I don’t want you to feel alone in your parenting journey.
